Write to your Representative and tell them to Sunset the Tax Code!

The American public recognizes that the current federal income tax system is so complex and so riddled with special deals for special interests that it is inherently unfair and inherently inefficient.

The public NEEDS tax reform that results in a simpler and fairer system.

Please petition your Representative now and urge them to join us in proposing to sunset the Tax Code by January 1, 2020:

PETITION: Please legislatively terminate the US Tax Code as a first step towards meaningful tax reform.

You also have the opportunity to send a personal letter to your Representative explaining in greater detail your frustration with the current system. Suggested text will appear after you sign the petition in the boxes below. The suggested text is completely editable.

Make sure to petition your Senators too. CLICK HERE!

Abolish the IRS and go to a Flat Tax with absolutely no deductions. Flat Tax on Gross income - Individual and Corporate equally. A 5% Tax would be sufficient on Gross income both Individual and Corporate. Also cut Federal Spending and Government waste..

We need a fair or flat tax that is fair for everyone. We should also tax Welfare as they are also part of the everyone should be included and it will tell them that they will have a say in wasted money especially in the gov't.

Our tax code has become so convoluted that it creates an environment where honest individuals are often overtaxed and less scrupulous individuals utilize loopholes to pay well less than their share. Any attempt to fix the current code will only add complexity and enhance the aforementioned problems. We need to start over and create a straightforward, fair system that doesn't overburden any segment of our society.

Ultimately, the IRS, as best as possible, should be abolished with the current tax system replaced by a FairTax or National Retail Sales Tax.

Make the tax code equal and simple. Everyone with skin in the game. The rich are already paying more than their fair share.
